Even such classics as the DMM TRIPLE ATTACHMENT pulley sometimes need a facelift and upgrade. The second version of this product boasts a number of innovative changes, the most important of which are changes in the design of the liners and an upgrade to a ball bearing. As a result, the pulley boasts a breaking strength of 30 kN and a working strength of 6 kN. All this together creates a much more efficient and friendlier combination for everyday work.

One of the biggest differences can be seen on the side of the block. In the earlier version, the facings converged at the top of the product, creating a “V”-like profile. In version 2, this has been redesigned in the direction of the letter “U,” gaining a much larger opening, and thus increasing the ease of feeding and pulling the rope during operation. This change also allows for more efficient rope locking with knots. Thanks to the block's symmetrical design, the direction of installation is irrelevant to its operation.
The enlarged 42mm roller was based on a ball bearing. This type of design will be ideal for loads transported at higher speeds. It is characterized by very high wear resistance and incredibly smooth operation. They also allow more precise control of the load. The entire construction of the block has been additionally protected from moisture and dirt.
TRIPLE ATTACHMENT 2 works with ropes up to 14 mm in diameter. Such a value means that it will easily handle the vast majority of ropes available on the market.
Three clipping points were what promoted the original HITCH CLIMBER. The holes are large, and by forging the block's covers with heat, it was possible to completely eliminate sharp edges. The additional possibility of clipping webbing and interleaving ropes in all possible ways opens up a whole host of new forms and places of use for the block. In addition to textiles, the TRIPLE ATTACHMENT 2 also works exquisitely with carabiners. The wide eyelets practically eliminate the risk of blocking the carabiner during operation - and this applies to both aluminum and steel carabiners.
All metal products in the DMM portfolio undergo an anodization process, which not only makes them look more aesthetically pleasing, but also more resistant. The surface of the aluminum used in production gains anti-corrosion and mechanical protection, which will be especially appreciated when climbing on cliffs or working in toxic environments. For higher volume orders, it is possible to order a carabiner in a color outside the standard offer.
