Rope Master: From Training Center to Online Store
with a Passion for Heights
Rope Master is a company built on passion and trust. It was founded by three friends who shared a love of working at heights and a common vision for a business. Two of them had spent years honing their skills in rope access, while the third brought business knowledge and experience to the venture.
Rope Master's origins can be traced back to its days as a training center, offering IRATA courses and exams. In addition to training, Rope Master also assisted experienced professionals in finding suitable work. At the time they were training 800 technicians a year and were one of the biggest IRATA centers in Europe.
The arrival of the pandemic in 2020 brought unexpected changes. Training activities were suspended, and the online store gained prominence, becoming the main sales channel.
Over the years, in response to growing demand, Rope Master gradually expanded its team, bringing in more family members and friends to work together. Today, they form a close-knit and trusted team, where everyone has known each other for years and can count on each other's support.
Although Rope Master is a small company, it stands out for its commitment and passion for its work. It specializes in selling equipment for working at heights, climbing, tree care, speleology, and via ferrata. Its wide range includes products from renowned manufacturers, providing customers with access to the best solutions.

What is Rope Master?
Rope Master is an international shop that offers a worldwide delivery by FedEx nad UPS. The majority of our business is focused on e-commerce retailing, but we also offer comprehensive project quotations or advice on the equipment and accessories needed.

How long is the shipping?
International shipping can take some time but we are working hard to get you your order as fast as possible. Orders are being dispatched on the same day or on the next business day if your order was placed after closing time.

Canada - around 6-8 business days
New Zealand - around 8 business days

Where is Rope Master located?
We are based in Warsaw, Poland. For now our one and only warehouse is also located here, but we wish to grow in the future and open local warehouses in different locations to be closer to our clients and offer quicker and cheaper delivery.
Can I order something that is out of stock?
If you wish to order some specific products, but they are not listed on our shop or they are currently out of stock - take a moment and write to us. We are able to source many products for our clients and we are happy to help you organize bigger restocks or find your desired gear.

How can I return something ?
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract. You can withdraw from a contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract to us, e.g. by an e-mail sent to the following address: contact@rope-master.com.

Is Rope Master a scam?
Rope Master is as real as it gets ;)
We have been accused of being a scam due to our competitive prices, but we are very much a real business. Set up in 2018 in Poland and working perfectly ever since. We are proud of having a certified IRATA assessor among founders and are very happy to help you pick your needed gear with his professional help. Throughout the years we set up many successful relationships with brands and distributors and can now offer a wide range of climbing, work at height, tree care, caving and via ferrata products and more!
Why are prices so different? Why is it so cheap?
Being based in Middle Europe has its perks. We are able to get to many brands directly and by forming successful relationships with them we can avoid intermediaries and their extra fees. Also, many brands are coming from Europe and we have much better access to them here, e.g. Singing Rock - Czech Republic, Beal and Petzl - France, Edelrid - Germany, Camp - Italy. Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with local brands, we have been able to obtain additional discounts and hence the differences in the final prices of the products compared to other auctions. In addition, the costs of maintaining an office, staff and warehouse in Poland are much lower than probably in your country. All this affects the final price of the product.
Can I get a discount?
Sure! We will gladly offer you a discount on a bigger order. Just use Contact Us or write directly to contact@rope-master.com and let us know what you need and we will offer you some great deals. All quotations are considered on a case-by-case basis and offers may vary due to stock availability, quantity in stock or other factors.
Can I get a Certificate of Conformity (COC)?
They are not automatically created and attached to every order, but if you need one - please write to us and our specialist will prepare one for you.
Why can’t I call you?
Technically, you can. However, we only have a Polish phone number at the moment. Since we are a very small team and faced many troubles due to time differences, we decided to stick to e-mail customer service. But do not worry, Aleksandra is responding very quickly. ;)
