Modern Body Mapping technology has reduced the weight and volume to a minimum. The mat provides support only at the most important points of contact between the body and the ground. The rest is formed by patented Loft Pockets, which are spaces where the sleeping bag can expand giving thermal insulation from underneath as well. The 3/4 length means that the legs sleep outside the mattress.

For better stability, the mat can be inserted into the sleeping bag. The need for it is worth testing before the trip. Struggling for every gram of equipment, it may turn out that the strength of your lungs is enough to get enough comfort and 20g of luggage will be left at home.
