The CAMP Kilo carabiner is designed to carry the equipment required to perform industrial work. Its unique design makes it particularly strong, stable and easy to use. The two-piece aluminum alloy body is connected by stainless steel Torx screws. An internal plastic plate allows the carabiner to be seated on webbing with a maximum width of 45mm.
TH20 screws make the carabiner easy to mount in a harness. The carabiner is sold with a wrench for the screws. The relatively short lock ensures safety when clipping in and out of gear, and its profile protects it from unwanted opening. The maximum allowable working load for this model, is as much as 20kg. The minimum destructive force, on the other hand, is 150kg. This is definitely more than you can expect from a carabiner of this type. It is absolutely necessary to remember that this carabiner cannot be used for belaying. It is dedicated exclusively as an auxiliary carabiner, and it performs this task very well.
